Ovulation Symptoms
The simplest way to forecast when you’re ovulating is simply to count the days down right from the start of your menstruating cycle, although this is not very reliable. Getting in touch with your own body is one way to know the signs of ovulation as to what you should be looking for when your body moves through its menstruating cycle. Of all the days a woman is fertile her level of fertility reach their highest peak just before she ovulates.
Outward signs that she is going through her ovulation can be found by taking your (BBT) basal body temperature in looking for change in cervical mucus. Through close examination of the mucus that is secreted from your cervix you can understand exactly how far along you are in your menstrual cycle, and close to predict the time you will be ovulating.
Counting the days of your menstrual cycle as a predictor of when you will be ovulating of when you will start on and really only works well for the women who have very regular cycles. Though the time between the woman’s ovulation until the very first day of her. is an extremely constant fourteen days. Although the time from the start of her period to the start of her next ovulation is not at all consistent between them, in fact, it can be extremely inconsistent with the same woman month to month.
Keeping accurate records of your (BBT) basal body temperature it is relatively easy to understand when ovulating is over, however, it cannot predict when your ovulating will occur. Although if you keep records that are accurate and in time a strong pattern will emerge showing you when you can anticipate your ovulation.
Understanding exactly how cervical mucus goes though changes each day moving through your menstruation cycle can greatly help you understand if you have a high or low fertility level. When your fertility level is very low, the chance of getting pregnant is also low. This is the time way before ovulation in the first few days after your menstruation.
Usually, there’ll be just a tiny amount or no mucus discharge present at the outer lips of your external genitalia. When the first discharge begins to appear you will know that you are approaching ovulation and have a greater increase chance of getting pregnant should you engage in sex during this time period. The cervical discharge will be sticky or moist. It’s color should be white or creamy. The mucus will be slightly stretchy and cloudy when you pull it apart from your fingers.
As you begin to get closer to ovulation, the amount of cervical mucus greatly increases. When you reach the highest odds for getting pregnant right around the time you will be ovulating, the mucous begins to take on the appearance of egg whites. At this point it is the clearest, thinnest and most abundant at any time during your menstruation cycle. It should feel sticky between your fingertips and should stretch when pulling your fingers apart. Understanding that the survival rate of live sperm is at its highest point when submerged within the cervical mucus right before ovulating, and engaging in intercourse during this time frame greatly enhances the odds of conceiving.
After you have ovulated the appearance of the mucus returns to a sticky stage that no longer stretches and once again you feel a dryness. You should always remember that medication, vaginal infections, birth control or early stages of pregnancy have the ability to alter the cervical mucus and give you bad predictions of understanding where you are in your cycle.
You can never be too intimate in understanding how your body works. Just like there are external signs of what is going on inside your body, hearing what your body is trying to tell you can greatly assist you in maintaining good health. No one could understand the way your body works and feels better than you.
